Taylor Frankie Paul<\/a> just announced she\u2019s been living with PTSD … for years.<\/p>\n

“The Secret Lives of Mormon Wives\u201d star took to her Instagram stories Sunday with a message \u201cfor all those that assumed diagnoses\u201d \u2026 declaring she was diagnosed with post-traumatic stress disorder two years ago.<\/p>\n

Taylor writes that she was diagnosed \u201cby more than one therapist\u201d \u2026 and muses that it might even be considered Complex PTSD.\u00a0<\/p>\n

<\/p>\n

According to Cleveland Clinic<\/a> \u2026 C-PTSD can develop by \u201cexperiencing chronic trauma, such as prolonged child abuse or domestic violence.\u201d<\/p>\n

TFP then shared a clip of Dr. Vincent Barbieri — a licensed clinical psychologist in San Diego — discussing dissociation, which he believes to be \u201cone of the most characteristic parts\u201d of C-PTSD.<\/p>\n

He says \u2026 \u201cFor anyone that\u2019s dissociated before, it\u2019s this very real experience of, you could be staring at someone and be completely vacant in your eyes because you are not there at all.\u201d<\/p>\n

To hammer his point home \u2026 Taylor went on to post a series of old TikToks, where she documents her symptoms of dissociation and anxiety.<\/p>\n

A clip from 2024 shows the \u2018SLOMW\u2019 star nervously looking around with shifty eyes as she bites and chews on her lips. And in a 2025 video, she detailed dissociating to the point that she spent \u201ca couple minutes\u201d trying to open her hotel room door with her car keys.<\/p>\n

In a third video, Taylor describes being a master of \u201csmiling through it\u201d \u2026 saying that \u201cbehind almost every picture, award, or event,\u201d she was actually crying a lot.<\/p>\n

This comes after TMZ obtained exclusive photos<\/a> last week of TFP’s alleged injuries she claims to have gotten from fighting with ex Dakota Mortensen<\/a>. The images appear to show bruising on her forehead as well as on her neck area and arms.<\/p>\n
