<\/p>\nAshley Roberts has revealed she confronted David Haye over his behaviour during their time on I’m A Celebrity\u2026 South Africa, describing some of his remarks as \u201cshocking\u201d.<\/p>\n
The former Pussycat Dolls star made the admission during an appearance on This Morning, where she discussed tensions between the 45-year-old boxer and fellow campmate Adam Thomas.<\/p>\n
She said: \u201cThere are points where I did confront him because I thought some of his language was quite shocking.”<\/p>\n
Ms Roberts added the atmosphere in camp became \u201cuncomfortable\u201d at times, particularly due to Mr Haye\u2019s interactions with Mr Thomas, who was suffering from arthritis during filming.<\/p>\n

Ms Roberts added watching the footage back showed Mr Haye \u201cjust kept going and digging a deeper hole\u201d.<\/p>\n
The Waterloo Road actor had been struggling with psoriatic arthritis throughout the series, leaving him in frequent pain.<\/p>\n
The former Pussycat Doll said Mr Haye\u2019s persistent criticism crossed a line. <\/p>\n
\u201cAdam was not feeling well in there, he was feeling quite ill and David Haye just kept pushing and pushing,\u201d she said.<\/p>\n

During Friday\u2019s episode, viewers saw Mr Haye brand Mr Thomas \u201cuseless\u201d after he opted out of a Bushtucker Trial due to dehydration and feeling unwell.<\/p>\n
Despite Beverley Callard urging him to show sympathy, the former boxer responded dismissively, questioning why anyone should care if the actor was feeling poorly.<\/p>\n
Mr Thomas later opened up about his experience in a candid Instagram post, revealing Mr Haye had \u201cbroke me in there\u201d and \u201cpushed me to my limits\u201d.<\/p>\n

The 37-year-old said he struggled \u201cphysically, mentally and emotionally\u201d during his time on the ITV show, with his condition taking a significant toll.<\/p>\n
\u201cThere were moments I felt pushed to my absolute limit, and if I\u2019m honest, times I didn\u2019t even recognise myself,\u201d he wrote.<\/p>\n
His brothers Ryan and Scott publicly rallied around him, with Scott admitting the situation made his \u201cblood boil\u201d.<\/p>\n
Scott said it was difficult watching his brother\u2019s \u201cpure heart be tested like that\u201d, while Ryan joked he would have stepped in but acknowledged Haye was \u201cnot the guy to pick a fight with\u201d.<\/p>\n
Mr Thomas has since confirmed Mr Haye reached out to apologise following their time in camp, and the pair have now moved on.<\/p>\n
\u201cHe\u2019s apologised, and that\u2019s that! I\u2019ve moved on now. I\u2019m not one to hold a grudge,\u201d he added.<\/p>\n
Ms Roberts also revealed the tension became so intense that some of the female contestants temporarily removed themselves from the situation.<\/p>\n
\u201cSome of us girls actually went outside of camp and just took a moment to breathe together,\u201d she said.<\/p>\n
