{"id":394714,"date":"2026-04-24T02:19:08","date_gmt":"2026-04-24T02:19:08","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.newsbeep.com\/nz\/394714\/"},"modified":"2026-04-24T02:19:08","modified_gmt":"2026-04-24T02:19:08","slug":"nick-jonas-joe-jonas-kevin-jonas-on-mom-denise-after-stroke","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.newsbeep.com\/nz\/394714\/","title":{"rendered":"Nick Jonas, Joe Jonas, Kevin Jonas on Mom Denise After Stroke"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>The <a href=\"https:\/\/www.eonline.com\/news\/jonas_brothers\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">Jonas Brothers<\/a> are grateful for their mom\u2019s strength.<\/p>\n<p>Nearly two weeks after <a href=\"https:\/\/www.eonline.com\/news\/nick_jonas\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">Nick Jonas<\/a>, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.eonline.com\/news\/joe_jonas\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">Joe Jonas<\/a> and <a href=\"https:\/\/www.eonline.com\/news\/kevin_jonas\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">Kevin Jonas<\/a>\u2019 mom Denise Jonas shared she had <a href=\"https:\/\/www.eonline.com\/news\/1430809\/jonas-brothers-mom-denise-jonas-suffered-stroke\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">previously suffered a basal ganglia stroke<\/a>\u2014which she said affected her cognitive thinking, speech and reasoning\u2014the musicians gave an update on how she\u2019s doing.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cShe went through quite a journey, and we&#8217;re proud of her that she feels comfortable talking about it,\u201d Joe told E! News\u2019 Erin Lim Rhodes in an exclusive joint interview alongside Kevin and Nick. \u201cI&#8217;m sure that will encourage a lot of other people out there.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>And the example that Denise is setting amid her health battle is one she has set throughout her kids\u2019 lives.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cShe&#8217;s a very strong woman, and someone that&#8217;s amazing to look up to our whole life,\u201d Kevin continued, \u201cand learn how to not only act around women, but also how to respect women.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>The 38-year-old added, \u201cOur mom is our superhero, so I feel like we try to celebrate her every time we&#8217;re with her or away from her.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>And ahead of Mother\u2019s Day, Kevin and Nick are grateful for the impact their mom and respective wives <a href=\"https:\/\/www.eonline.com\/news\/danielle_jonas\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">Danielle Jonas<\/a> and <a href=\"https:\/\/www.eonline.com\/news\/priyanka_chopra\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">Priyanka Chopra Jonas<\/a> have made in their lives.\u00a0<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"The Jonas Brothers are grateful for their mom\u2019s strength.
