Police are making inquiries to locate those involved.<\/p>\n

The victim was dropped close to where a person was stabbed multiple times at Manurewa Railway Station last week<\/a>.<\/p>\n

In that incident, the victim was approached by a man who repeatedly stabbed them before attempting to steal their backpack, police said.<\/p>\n

Detective Senior Sergeant Michele Gillespie said a witness drove toward the scene, causing the alleged offender to flee<\/a>.<\/p>\n

Police caught a 24-year-old man nearby, and he was due to appear in the Manukau District Court later that day charged with wounding with intent to cause grievous bodily harm.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"Police are making inquiries to locate those involved.
