Hathaway will star in a total of five movies, most of which she leads the cast. Mother Mary kick-started her busy year, but it’s the sequel to her beloved 2006 movie that’s taking the world by storm.<\/p>\n

Hathaway reprises her iconic role as Andy Sachs, an intern who works for the merciless boss Miranda Priestly (Meryl Streep). Twenty years later, the now-journalist gets hired as a features editor at Runaway, reuniting with Miranda, Emily (Emily Blunt), and Nigel (Stanley Tucci) in attempts to save the fashion magazine in The Devil Wears Prada 2.<\/p>\n

With the movie now in theaters, the audience verdict is in for The Devil Wears Prada 2. According to Rotten Tomatoes, the fashion-forward sequel is besting the original movie with an audience score of 88%. The 2006 film earned 76%, showing a 12-point difference. If this score holds, The Devil Wears Prada 2 will officially become Hathaway’s third-highest-rated movie<\/a> with audiences just behind 2019’s Dark Waters (95%) and The Dark Knight Rises (90%).
