From\u00a01 May 2026, 2GB will officially join the Tapt Media\u00a0family. We are excited to continue bringing you the best in live radio and on-demand content under this new ownership.<\/p>\n
To ensure your account remains secure during this transition, we are updating our app systems. This means you will need to take one small step to keep listening.<\/p>\n
What you need to do
Beginning 29 April, all listeners using the 2GB app will be logged out of their accounts. To get back to your stream, simply:<\/p>\n
1. Click login:\u00a0You will be asked to enter your email and reset your password<\/p>\n
2. Check your inbox:\u00a0Look for an email from \u2018Tapt Media\u2019. Make sure you check your junk or spam folder.<\/p>\n
3. Follow the secure link:\u00a0To create a new password and login back into your app to keep listening.<\/p>\n
