The Princess of Wales<\/a> looked stunning today as she was pictured attending her first garden party of the season<\/a>. Princess Catherine was joined by her husband, Prince William<\/a>, as they both hosted the second of the King\u2019s Garden parties<\/a> at Buckingham Palace, on behalf of His Majesty.<\/p>\n

The royal couple were joined by other royals<\/a>, including Zara Tindall<\/a> and the Duke and Duchess of Edinburgh. Catherine looked elegant in a cream ensemble, consisting of a polka dot flowing dress from Self Portrait, a vintage hat and her own bracelet. The princess also wore earrings belonging to Her Late Majesty Queen Elizabeth.<\/p>\n

Her hair was styled down in her signature waves. Duchess Sophie looked equally as elegant in a baby blue dress, while Zara dazzled in a bright blue summer dress.<\/p>\n

William and Catherine met guests from a number of their patronages, military affiliations and passion projects, including Homewards and tenants across the Duchy of Cornwall sites.<\/p>\n

Some of those meeting the future King and Queen today included Rhian Mannings, who lost her son to a hidden illness and subsequently her husband to suicide.<\/p>\n

Rhian, who met William last year, later found 2wish, a charity that supports bereaved families.<\/p>\n

The Waleses also met Sam Stables, the founder of We Are Farming Minds, who works to break down the stigma surrounding mental health in the farming community.<\/p>\n

Prince William<\/a> donated \u00a35,000 to the sheep farmer back in February for his charity walk of 142 miles from Ross\u2011on\u2011Wye to London in a bid to \u201cShine a national spotlight on the immense pressures farmers face every single day\u201d and raise funds for the National Federation of Young Farmers’ Clubs.<\/p>\n

They also met Three Flying Fish – Rowan, Anna and Harry, a team of three young Air Cadets who became the youngest trio to tackle the 3,000-mile \u201cWorld’s Toughest Row\u201d in January.<\/p>\n

It comes as Princess Catherine prepares to go on her first royal tour overseas for the first time in three-and-a-half years.<\/p>\n

The princess, who revealed she was in remission at the start of last year following her 2024 cancer diagnosis and treatment, will head to Italy next week on a solo working trip with The Royal Foundation Centre for Early Childhood.<\/p>\n

It is a major milestone for the future queen and is her first extended official foreign trip in nearly three-and-a-half years.<\/p>\n
