No figure was given for Sigma\u2019s stake in the company.<\/p>\n<p class=\"JtBQMqmXyJmFvekYOB\" style=\"display:none\">Sigma Healthcare chief executive and managing director Vikesh Ramsunder said international expansion was just one of its four key strategic growth pillars.<\/p>\n<p class=\"JtBQMqmXyJmFvekYOB\" style=\"display:none\">\u201cHaving proven that the Chemist Warehouse model resonates with customers in other markets, including New Zealand and Ireland, the JV with Greenlight now provides a measured market access into the UK,\u201d Ramsunder said.<\/p>\n<p class=\"JtBQMqmXyJmFvekYOB\" style=\"display:none\">Greenlight Healthcare was one of the first to introduce the concept of a teaching pharmacy, in conjunction with the UCL School of Pharmacy, London.<\/p>\n<p class=\"JtBQMqmXyJmFvekYOB\" style=\"display:none\">This features a purpose-built lecture theatre beneath the pharmacy, where students observe a range of cutting-edge consultations via CCTV and interact with customers.
