Everything is made from scratch, including spice pastes, drawing on family recipes from James and Carol\u2019s upbringing in Penang. Duo, their debut, opens morning and night on certain days. Ingham applies his signature style \u2013 unpretentious dishes bursting with bold flavours \u2013 to a menu tracking from cafe day to bistro evening.
