On Thursday, Dylan Sprouse and his wife, Barbara Palvin, announced their pregnancy while attending the 79th Annual Cannes Film Festival in Cannes, France.<\/p>\n

The couple appeared together on the red carpet, where Palvin debuted her baby bump in a light blue satin dress. The \u201cSuite Life on Deck\u201d star, Dylan, wore a tuxedo beside her. In some of the photos, Palvin can be seen holding her belly.<\/p>\n
The pair met nearly nine years ago at a party and made their relationship official in 2018. They later tied the knot in July 2023.<\/p>\n
Palvin shared on social media on August 17, 2025, that she had endometriosis and underwent surgery for the condition.<\/p>\n
The Victoria\u2019s Secret model wrote on her page, \u201cFatigue, severe pain, heavy and irregular flow, sleepless nights on the bathroom floor. I thought this was just how it works for me. But recently I\u2019ve been advised to seek out an endometriosis specialist to see whether my symptoms are caused by that.\u201d<\/p>\n
\u201cI thought if I had endometriosis, I would have known about it by now, but as it turns out, endometriosis can\u2019t be diagnosed with general examinations. So I went, and three months later I got operated on.\u201d<\/p>\n
In the Instagram post, Palvin encouraged others who suspect they have the disease to end the uncertainty and \u201cfind it out.\u201d <\/p>\n
