P\ufeffete Davidson<\/a> and Elsie Hewitt have reportedly ended their relationship, just five months after welcoming their first child together.<\/p>\n

The US Sun<\/a> reported relationship problems arose after Hewitt, 30, gave birth to their daughter, Scott Rose Hewitt Davidson, in December<\/a>.<\/p>\n

A source told the outlet 32-year-old Davidson’s busy work schedule \ufeffplayed a part in the break-up.<\/p>\n

“Pete has been travelling so much for work, but Elsie was craving more support from him at home after their daughter was born,” they said.\ufeff<\/p>\n

“It was very hard for him because, obviously, he has to work to make money.”<\/p>\n

The split was said to be very recent, with the new parents now working out a co-parenting solution for Scottie.<\/p>\n

“They are just focusing 100 per cent on Scottie,” the source said.<\/p>\n

\ufeffRepresentatives for the couple did not immediately respond to requests for comment.<\/p>\n

The SNL star<\/a> and his \ufeffBritish model girlfriend went public with their relationship in March 2025 and shared the news of their impending first child via Instagram.\ufeff<\/p>\n

“Welp now everyone knows we had sex,” the mum-to-be joked.<\/p>\n

Scottie was born on December 12, and her name is a sweet tribute to a family member she never had the chance to meet.\ufeff<\/p>\n

Davidson’s father, Scott Matthew Davidson<\/a>, was a firefighter who died during the September 11, 2001, terrorist attacks. He was 33.<\/p>\n

Davidson was only seven at the time, and has spoken openly over the years about the grief of losing his father.<\/p>\n

He told USA Today<\/a> it was “easy to be sad” when thinking about how Scottie would never meet her grandfather, but he chose to see it as “a beautiful thing”.<\/p>\n

“If anything, maybe he’s coming back through the baby,” he said.<\/p>\n
