A SCULPTURE trail has been created at historic Coughton Court.<\/p>\n
The historic estate near Alcester has partnered with the Oxford Sculptors Group to create the trail featuring more than 67 works.<\/p>\n
Visitors can wander through the gardens and stableyard where they will find a mix of statement pieces alongside smaller works hidden among the blooms.<\/p>\n
The artists showcasing their works are Arabella Nock, Henrietta Bud, Marie Shepherd, Michele Greene, Paul Whitehouse, Peter Murphy, Richard John Cresswell, Victoria Hunt, Andrew Binnie, Pene Cairns, and Nicholas Bale.<\/p>\n
Imogen Birch Throckmorton, who manages Coughton Court alongside her husband Magnus, said: \u201cWe\u2019re thrilled to be hosting our very first sculpture trail in partnership with the fantastic team at Oxford Sculptors Group.<\/p>\n
\u201cThe trail offers visitors the chance to experience contemporary art in a truly unique setting, with each piece carefully placed throughout the gardens and stableyard to surprise and inspire. We hope it encourages visitors to explore the estate in a new way and enjoy a memorable day out.\u201d<\/p>\n
Running until Sunday May 31, all works on display are available to purchase.<\/p>\n
