Rolling Stone<\/a> writes: \u201cDrake meanders through yet another collection of superlong streaming bait. For All the Dogs may have its sparks. But too often, he settles for subliminal bars aimed at rivals like Kanye West and Pusha T, keeping it \u2018gangsta\u2019 by putting down women and, of course, filling up the piggy bank.\u201d<\/p>\n The Independent<\/a> wrote: \u201cOn tracks such as \u2018Daylight\u2019 and \u2018Fear of Heights,\u2019 he strains to fit over the futuristic \u201crage\u201d sound popularised by Playboi Carti. For better or worse, the album is at its best when Drake\u2019s not there.\u201d<\/p>\n Clash Music<\/a> wrote: \u201cOn first listen, this isn\u2019t his certified rap classic but it does signal a turning point. Now, if only Drake could could distill the best parts of his repertoire into a coherent whole.\u201d<\/p>\n 11. Certified Lover Boy (2021)<\/p>\n Metascore: 60<\/p>\n Variety wrote: \u201cCertified Lover Boy is a perfectly fine record \u2014 it\u2019s expensively well-produced, like all of Drake\u2019s albums, and easily likable with a decent batting average for a nearly hour-and-a-half record.\u201d<\/p>\n NME wrote: \u201cCLB sounds jaded and dull, as if it was a chore to make. It\u2019s certainly a chore to listen to. \u2026 It offers nothing new to the rapper\u2019s canon, merely going through the motions on his old formulas instead.\u201d<\/p>\n The Guardian added: \u201cPersonally, sonically and thematically, Drake seems resistant to change. It\u2019s frustrating: the songs aren\u2019t bad, and in some cases they\u2019re excellent, a reminder of the unflattering emotional honesty that initially set him apart from his peers. However, they also hew to a formula that works for him.\u201d<\/p>\n (TIE) 9. Iceman (2026)<\/p>\n Metascore: 61<\/p>\n Variety says: \u201cIceman has enough sonic and tonal variance that it largely avoids the monochromatic purgatory of his last three solo releases. It\u2019s by no means his best album, but it feels like one of his most honest, perhaps his most nimble since Scorpion.\u201d<\/p>\n Consequence says: \u201cAltogether, the trio of albums amount to a complete Drake experience, for better and for worse.
