\n \u201cThis year, I am exhibiting stained glass pieces called Ebb and Flow.\n<\/p>\n
\n \u201cThe SWA is a very historic and important society.\n<\/p>\n
\n \u201cIt was founded in 1855 by courageous and talented women who were unable to exhibit in the male-dominated culture they were born into.\n<\/p>\n
\n \u201cEvery generation of women since has taken the baton and run with it with an energy and determination that comes through in their vibrant and eclectic work today.\u201d\n<\/p>\n
\n Artwork on display from June 23 to 27 comes from both members and non-members.\n<\/p>\n
\n Works will also be variety of oil paintings, watercolours, drawings, etchings, lithographs, screen prints, sculpture, ceramics, portraiture, landscapes, with a rich balance of large and small pieces, abstract and figurative, traditional and quirky.\n<\/p>\n
