It is understood Singh had been working up a tree but the exact cause of death is unknown.<\/p>\n

Hato Hone St John said they were alerted to the incident at 2.58pm yesterday and one rapid response unit and one operations manager responded to the scene.<\/p>\n

Fire and Emergency New Zealand referred any comment on the matter to St John and police.<\/p>\n

Paradeep married his wife Kamal in December and she moved to New Zealand six months ago to begin her married life with him.<\/p>\n

\u201cDeep passed away in a horrific accident today,\u201d a Givealittle page<\/a> for him said.<\/p>\n

\u201cKamal is only 29 years old and is now alone in New Zealand, with no income or source of funds to manage this heartbreaking situation.\u201d<\/p>\n

The page aims to raise funds to help take Paradeep\u2019s body to India so his family can perform his final rites and see him one last time.<\/p>\n

\u201cDeep\u2019s mother in India is paralysed and his father is elderly.<\/p>\n

\u201cHis family is facing unimaginable grief and urgently needs support.<\/p>\n

\u201cFunds raised will help cover the repatriation costs to India, Kamal\u2019s flights, and support for Kamal and Deep\u2019s family during this extremely difficult time.\u201d<\/p>\n
