I could not understand that, I don\u2019t know that I ever will.\u201d<\/p>\n While we wouldn\u2019t put it past Musk to brag about his massive network of Starlink satellites to impress his date, the claim that he had the ability to interfere with the election with some orbital satellite plot isn\u2019t even close to being substantiated. (Both the University of Washington\u2019s Center for an Informed Public<\/a> and the nonprofit PolitiFact<\/a> have debunked the late-2024 election meddling conspiracy theory St. Clair seems to be referring to here. In any case, we have no idea how \u201clasers\u201d would be used to meddle with the polls.)<\/p>\n The reality is much more boring.
