Coleman said since cancer is \u201ca near certainty w\/Fanconi anemia,\u201d he and his wife \u201calways knew this day was coming\u201d in their post announcing Isaac\u2019s cancer diagnosis. <\/p>\n
\u201cBut it\u2019s definitely hitting a little earlier than we hoped and is still just such a shocking thing to hear about your child, even if you\u2019ve braced for it for years,\u201d he wrote.<\/p>\n
