Qi Integrated Health\u2019s program<\/a> includes multiple steps: initial consultations, a full medical review, in-depth preparation session, including group breathwork, medically supervised treatments, and expert integration sessions, all supported by ongoing check-ins throughout the process.<\/p>\n

Group sizes are intentionally kept small, with up to eight participants for preparation and integration. These are held virtually and at the clinic\u2019s serene Kitsilano location, which has been serving the area for 20 years.<\/p>\n

As treatment progresses, participants move into more intimate groups of four or fewer for in-person sessions in a purpose-built therapeutic space in the clinic known as \u201cThe Grove\u201d.<\/p>\n
