The Hawkstone Farmers\u2019 Choir<\/a>, which was founded by Clarkson, made it through to the final of BGT on Saturday night after performing a rendition of Bastille\u2019s \u201cPompeii\u201d. <\/p>\n Clarkson initially established the choir as part of an advertising campaign for his brewing firm, bringing 34 British farmers from across the country together to sing. However, the group have since used their platform to raise awareness for mental health issues in the farming community. <\/p>\n Following the group\u2019s live performance during the semi-final on Saturday (23 May), Simon Cowell praised the choir before admitting he\u2019s not looking forward to seeing pal Clarkson\u2019s \u201csmug face\u201d. <\/p>\n \u201cYou\u2019re not a professional choir, however I love what you stand for,\u201d he told them. \u201cIt might be quite annoying to see Jeremy Clarkson\u2018s smug face, that\u2019s the only downside.<\/p>\n \u201cHe\u2019s a friend of mine. However more importantly this is about you and you did brilliantly well congratulations.\u201d<\/p>\n He later described the group as \u201cone of the favourites to win\u201d, while fellow judge Amanda Holden added: \u201cThis choir, I know, has given you solace and joy and comfort and friendship, and all of that has created the most amazing music.\u201d<\/p>\n After the episode, Clarkson shared a celebratory video with Clarkson\u2019s Farm co-star Kaleb Cooper. Punching the air, he\u2019s seen shouting: \u201cHawkstone Choir! They did it!\u201d<\/p>\n In the comments, the choir\u2019s Instagram account wrote: \u201cWe just can\u2019t believe it. Thank you all so much. Thank you for believing in us.\u201d <\/p>\n The Hawkstone Farmers\u2019 Choir made it through to the final after winning the public vote. They\u2019re set to perform alongside golden buzzer winner Celestial as well as teenage magician Rafferty Coope in the final on Saturday (30 May)<\/p>\n It\u2019s been a busy month for Clarkson, who is preparing to debut the fifth series of Clarkson\u2019s Farm in June. <\/p>\n It\u2019s set to be a dramatic few episodes, with the show capturing the moment Clarkson was rushed to hospital for heart surgery<\/a>.
