Eroad\u2019s chair says a reset towards the New Zealand and Australian market is being distracted by a shareholder\u2019s board takeover effort.<\/p>\n

\n Alongside publishing full-year results on Monday that showed flat revenue and a $161.1 million loss, the fleet technology company said its largest single shareholder, Ampfield Management, was seeking to
\n overhaul its board.\n <\/p>\n

The New York-based investment firm wants to oust chair John Scott and another board member and get three appointees on the board.<\/p>\n

The Eroad board has already decided to delay the expected appointment of a new chief executive until after this shareholder effort is settled.<\/p>\n
