Liquidators said Green withheld information, changed contact details and indicated plans to relocate overseas.<\/p>\n

\u201cThis non-cooperation limited the liquidator\u2019s ability to fully assess the company\u2019s financial position,\u201d the final liquidator\u2019s report said.<\/p>\n

The company has since been removed from the Companies Register owing creditors about $187,000.<\/p>\n

Meanwhile, Scaffold Alchemy Limited director Marcus Kennerley was also given a six-year ban from managing a company for trading while under financial distress and leaving Inland Revenue unpaid.<\/p>\n

A six-monthly liquidators\u2019 report for the period to November 2025 said Kennerley had been uncooperative and refused to provide the location of the company\u2019s assets.<\/p>\n

\u201cAll physical assets of the company were in the possession of the director on our appointment,\u201d the report said.<\/p>\n

\u201cThe liquidator has since confirmed that the director took steps to hide and personally sell company assets prior to liquidation. This matter has been referred to the Police, and the director\u2019s actions reported to MBIE.\u201d<\/p>\n

The company owes creditors about $97,000, including more than $4800 to Inland Revenue.<\/p>\n

Eminence Tiling Limited director Joel Wiki was handed the longest ban of eight years for an Inland Revenue-initiated liquidation and no creditor distributions. <\/p>\n

The company has since been removed from the register owing creditors more than $230,000.<\/p>\n

Amandeep Singh, director of labour supply company Gill Brothers Enterprises Limited, received a six-year ban for unpaid obligations. <\/p>\n

Zuyu Huo, director of JNJ International Investments Limited, JNJ Construction Limited and JLF Unlimited Limited, was prohibited from managing a company for three years and six months.<\/p>\n

All three companies are in liquidation owing more than $4.5 million to creditors, including more than $700,000 to Inland Revenue.<\/p>\n

Jarred Bayliss and Jessica Shakesby-Bayliss, joint directors of Bayliss Bros Limited, were both banned for a period of two years.<\/p>\n

A Companies Office spokesperson said the registrar was satisfied that mismanagement contributed to the company failures.<\/p>\n

\u201cSection 385 [of the Companies Act 1993] is a protective, forward-looking provision that allows the Registrar to prohibit a person from being a director or participating in the management of companies where they were involved in running a company that failed, and their management contributed to that failure.<\/p>\n
