He joked that even if you don\u2019t like Bill Clinton, \u201cat least when his staff blew him, he didn\u2019t make us watch\u201d.<\/p>\n
Trump\u2019s approval rating is down to 37%, but Kimmel said in that room, it was \u201chovering at around 110\u201d.<\/p>\n
One of the attenders was former Fox News host and defense secretary Pete Hegseth, who is a \u201cbigger screwup than Eric\u201d after he had to cancel the deployment of troops in Poland when he received an angry phone call from Trump saying that wasn\u2019t \u201cthe country he was mad at\u201d. This week also saw Kimmel get into an online spat with RFK Jr. The health secretary fell for a parody post and shared it online, claiming that late-night comedy was at its \u201cnader\u201d which led Kimmel to respond with \u201cit\u2019s \u2018nadir\u2019, dummy, now get back to spreading polio\u201d.<\/p>\n
Kimmel\u2019s response was then ridiculed on Fox News by the hosts and their guest Jillian Michaels, best known for being on The Biggest Loser reality show. \u201cTrump raided that network to fill his cabinet positions and now there\u2019s nobody left to be on it,\u201d Kimmel said.<\/p>\n
He also spoke about the race to become LA mayor with former reality TV star Spencer Pratt campaigning. Kimmel said he is best known as being \u201cthe screaming jerk on reality shows\u201d, yet he now has an estimated 22% of potential votes.<\/p>\n
\u201cEven though he himself probably doesn\u2019t want to be mayor,\u201d Kimmel said, adding that \u201che wants to be a star again\u201d and \u201cit\u2019s exactly what Donald Trump did\u201d.<\/p>\n
He said Trump only campaigned \u201cbecause his TV show was gonna get canceled and he wanted to be relevant again\u201d and that \u201cthe difference between Donald Trump and this guy is Donald Trump actually had a job before he was on a reality show\u201d.<\/p>\n
Kimmel said we are now \u201cdigging out of this giant hole he put us in\u201d and that \u201cthis hole has given birth to Spencer Pratt\u201d who is just \u201canother narcissist looking for attention\u201d.<\/p>\n
