Antonio Cipriano<\/a>, who portrays John Logan in Off Campus, will not see his character\u2019s love story unfold with Grace in season two, though there will be glimpses of their budding romance!<\/p>\n In a new interview, Antonio Cipriano teased what to expect from his story in season two<\/p>\n \u201cI\u2019m glad that you don\u2019t see him in love in the first season. I think it\u2019s cool that you get to know who he is as a person and the struggles that he\u2019s going through, so that when that comes in, when you meet Grace and when he gets to do that, she gets to take down his walls, and you get to see even more of that,\u201d he told People.<\/p>\n About season two\u2019s couple Dean and Allie<\/a>, he added \u201cYou\u2019re going to be rooting for them to get that love.\u201d<\/p>\n \u201cObviously, we have a Grace now, and that\u2019s very exciting. So there\u2019s going to be a little bit of that [in season 2], and we\u2019ll just see how it all plays out.\u201d<\/p>\n He also spoke about why India Fowler was cast as Grace, his character\u2019s love interest<\/p>\n \u201cI got to read with three amazing and completely individual, different versions of Grace, and they were all incredible,\u201d he continued. \u201cIndia just brought something so \u2026 I don\u2019t know, she truly fell right out of the books. It was just like I was talking to Grace<\/a>.\u201d<\/p>\n He added, \u201cWhen we were watching the videos back, some of the chem reads, after having done it that day, [showrunners] Louisa [Levy] or Gina [Fattore], one of them said, \u2018It\u2019s cool, because you can tell she has no idea what\u2019s going to come out of her mouth next,\u2019 which is so Grace, and it was so perfect.\u201d<\/p>\n He continued, \u201cShe\u2019s going to bring so much to the show. She\u2019s going to elevate it, and I\u2019m so excited for Logan and Grace\u2019s dynamic\u2026.It\u2019s perfect. She\u2019s exactly the person we need for this role.
