Every time I page through them, something different surfaces \u2013 a layout, a detail, a colour choice I\u2019d flipped past a hundred times before. It\u2019s always connected to whatever I\u2019m interested in or working on at the time.<\/p>\n<p data-block-key=\"7r44n\">I also return to <a href=\"https:\/\/www.thelibraryproject.ie\/products\/dust-atong-atem\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer nofollow\" target=\"_blank\">Dust by Atong Atem<\/a>, which explores Dinka women as spiritual custodians of the earth, alongside themes of Christianity and colonialism. It\u2019s a beautiful, hand-bound book with beaded stitching, published by <a href=\"https:\/\/www.instagram.com\/dream_press_sa\/\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer nofollow\" target=\"_blank\">Dream Press<\/a>, an independent South African studio I admire.\u201d<\/p>\n<p><script async src=\"\/\/www.instagram.com\/embed.js\"><\/script><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"\u201cI\u2019m obsessed with my collection of Japanese magazines, specifically Graphic Design (\u30b0\u30e9\u30d5\u30a3\u30c3\u30af\u30c7\u30b6\u30a4\u30f3) from the 1950s-70s.
