The vendors bought the 1548sqm section overlooking New Zealand\u2019s best beach in 2018 for $1.5m. They bowled the existing home and replaced it with an \u201carchitecturally designed masterpiece\u201d, Bonne said.<\/p>\n

It just doesn\u2019t have the crowds.
