{"id":470359,"date":"2026-06-10T14:50:16","date_gmt":"2026-06-10T14:50:16","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.newsbeep.com\/nz\/470359\/"},"modified":"2026-06-10T14:50:16","modified_gmt":"2026-06-10T14:50:16","slug":"dynasty-elevates-allocate-for-private-markets-for-advisors","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.newsbeep.com\/nz\/470359\/","title":{"rendered":"Dynasty Elevates Allocate for Private Markets for Advisors"},"content":{"rendered":"<p class=\"ContentParagraph ContentParagraph_align_left\" data-testid=\"content-paragraph\">Dynasty Financial Partners, the <a class=\"ContentText-BodyTextChunk ContentText-BodyTextChunk_link\" href=\"https:\/\/www.wealthmanagement.com\/ria-news\/dynasty-secures-125m-credit-facility\" target=\"_self\" data-discover=\"true\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\">St. Petersburg, Fla.-based\u00a0support platform<\/a> used by about 725 financial advisors, has chosen the Silicon Valley startup Allocate as a recommended private markets investment provider and platform for its network.<\/p>\n<p class=\"ContentParagraph ContentParagraph_align_left\" data-testid=\"content-paragraph\">Dynasty\u2019s decision comes as many registered investment advisors are considering how to incorporate private-market investing for clients, particularly amid piqued interest spurred by pending <a class=\"ContentText-BodyTextChunk ContentText-BodyTextChunk_link\" href=\"https:\/\/www.wealthmanagement.com\/investing-strategies\/advisors-caution-clients-to-wait-post-ipo-for-spacex-bets\" target=\"_self\" data-discover=\"true\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\">public offerings by SpaceX, OpenAI and Anthropic<\/a>.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p class=\"ContentParagraph ContentParagraph_align_left\" data-testid=\"content-paragraph\">Dynasty has been working with Allocate since 2022, said firm co-founder and CEO Samir Kaji. The new setup will elevate Allocate to Dynasty\u2019s advisors, enabling them to either invest clients through a curated list of options or create their own investment mix for one or multiple clients.<\/p>\n<p class=\"ContentParagraph ContentParagraph_align_left\" data-testid=\"content-paragraph\">\u201cWe\u2019re still very early in the adoption phase,\u201d Kaji said. \u201cIf you look at the average RIA, they\u2019re about 3% in alts. Let\u2019s say it grows to 10%. That\u2019s $3.7 trillion moving over. But Allocate will be a preferred vendor and will work with Dynasty to evolve and update the products.<\/p>\n<p class=\"ContentParagraph ContentParagraph_align_left\" data-testid=\"content-paragraph\">\u201cDynasty has partnerships with multiple alternatives marketplaces and private market solutions providers,\u201d the spokesperson wrote via email. \u201cThis expanded partnership with Allocate solidifies them as a preferred partner to Dynasty and its network of advisors for private market access, custom fund services, and data management solutions.\u201d\u00a0<\/p>\n<p class=\"ContentParagraph ContentParagraph_align_left\" data-testid=\"content-paragraph\">Kaji co-founded Palo Alto-based Allocate after spending over a decade at First Republic Bank and Silicon Valley Bank, where he specialized in private market investing.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p class=\"ContentParagraph ContentParagraph_align_left\" data-testid=\"content-paragraph\">One priority was to create a curated platform of private-market investment options, rather than \u201ca marketplace of 1,000 funds\u201d with a \u201chuge dispersion of returns.\u201d A second was to create a more streamlined investment process from subscribing to a fund to doing a fast cash flow analysis for clients.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p class=\"ContentParagraph ContentParagraph_align_left\" data-testid=\"content-paragraph\">\u201cIt\u2019s really modernizing the technology on top of being able to offer these hard-to-access opportunities,\u201d he said.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p class=\"ContentParagraph ContentParagraph_align_left\" data-testid=\"content-paragraph\">Kaji said advisors can invest clients in single opportunities through Allocate\u2019s marketplace, which has minimums as low as $75,000. The more common option for Dynasty advisors, he said, will be to create a basket of private fund investments across one or more asset classes for clients, similar to a \u201cmodel portfolio approach.\u201d\u00a0<\/p>\n<p class=\"ContentParagraph ContentParagraph_align_left\" data-testid=\"content-paragraph\">\u201cThat is a huge trend within wealth management, as it\u2019s become clear clients don\u2019t want to hear from their advisor 20 times a year with different deals,\u201d Kaji said. \u201cIt\u2019s just too much, and almost violates that trusted fiduciary relationship between the two sides.\u201d\u00a0<\/p>\n<p data-component=\"related-article\" class=\"RelatedArticle\">Related:<a class=\"RelatedArticle-RelatedContent\" href=\"https:\/\/www.wealthmanagement.com\/ria-news\/-8-5b-alphacore-adds-another-1b-with-colorado-ria\" target=\"_self\" data-discover=\"true\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\">AlphaCore Adds a $1B Colorado-based RIA Elk River<\/a><\/p>\n<p class=\"ContentParagraph ContentParagraph_align_left\" data-testid=\"content-paragraph\">Allocate earns fees from clients investing in its products.
