Photo \/ Prime Video<\/p>\n<p class=\"EoZyGajGNiPxVf\" style=\"display:none\">Clarkson then explains he would be undergoing surgery in the next few weeks and likely be out of action as he recovers.<\/p>\n<p class=\"EoZyGajGNiPxVf\" style=\"display:none\">\u201cListen, I\u2019m not daft, it\u2019s going to be in about two weeks, maybe three,\u201d he says of his surgery. \u201cI\u2019ll have to go and have an operation and then, the operation is in and out in no time, but your body\u2019s out of action for a little while.\u201d<\/p>\n<p class=\"EoZyGajGNiPxVf\" style=\"display:none\">After returning from his initial surgery later in the episode, Clarkson reveals to Cooper he had \u201c10%\u201d of his prostate removed via ultrasound.<\/p>\n<p class=\"EoZyGajGNiPxVf\" style=\"display:none\">\u201cThe prostate, 10% of it\u2019s dead,\u201d he says. \u201cThe 10% where the cancer is.\u201d<\/p>\n<p class=\"EoZyGajGNiPxVf\" style=\"display:none\">The season then ends with footage of Clarkson in a hospital bed as he tries to remain positive.<\/p>\n<p class=\"EoZyGajGNiPxVf\" style=\"display:none\">\u201cSo we started season five with me in a hospital bed and we are at the end of season five and I\u2019m back in a hospital bed,\u201d he says on camera.<\/p>\n<p class=\"EoZyGajGNiPxVf\" style=\"display:none\">The personality revealed there had been complications during his treatment, but he was leaning into his dark sense of humour to help him process the situation.<\/p>\n<p><img  alt=\"The latest season of Clarkson's Farm ends with footage of the host in a hospital bed after undergoing treatment.
