Princess Charlotte<\/a> melted hearts on Saturday with her devotion during the Trooping the Colour<\/a> ceremony in London. The middle child of the Prince and Princess of Wales<\/a> looked all grown-up in a cream dress and a cream bow as she arrived for the annual celebrations<\/a> marking the sovereign\u2019s official birthday.<\/p>\n

Charlotte was seen arriving in a car at the festivities, before getting in a carriage for the traditional procession from Buckingham Palace, down the Mall, to Horse Guards Parade. The royals then headed back to the palace to watch the RAF flypast from the balcony. As the royals were assembling on the balcony, a video captured Charlotte quickly standing to attention as the national anthem began.<\/p>\n

Fans noticed her quick reaction and praised her on social media.<\/p>\n

One user said on X: \u201cThe way Princess Charlotte immediately stood to attention at the first notes of the national anthem yesterday – far quicker than everyone else in her family! She\u2019s such a little star!\u201d<\/p>\n

Another user chimed: \u201cShe is an icon.\u201d<\/p>\n

A third one commented: \u201cShe will keep them all in order when she is older. George is lucky to have her.\u201d<\/p>\n

A fourth one added: \u201cShe\u2019s got a little Princess Anne running through her.\u201d<\/p>\n

A fifth one said: \u201cShe\u2019s a superstar.\u201d<\/p>\n

The King\u2019s anniversary was celebrated with a display of military pomp and pageantry that showcased the Army\u2019s finest ceremonial prowess on Horse Guards Parade, in front of the Royal Family and thousands of spectators.<\/p>\n

Trooping the Colour is a historic ceremony in which colours, or regimental flags used as rallying points in battle, are \u201ctrooped\u201d or paraded in front of soldiers so they can be recognised, leading them to take on great symbolic importance as the heart and soul of a regiment.<\/p>\n

The ceremony evolved into a celebration of the head of state\u2019s official birthday, and this year the colour trooped was the King\u2019s Colour of the Grenadier Guards, presented by the King earlier this week during a Buckingham Palace ceremony.<\/p>\n
