The baby boy will be a younger brother to the couple\u2019s daughter, Noa Mowbray, who turned two in March.<\/p>\n

The couple have spoken publicly about their struggles with fertility<\/a>.<\/p>\n

Lupton previously shared her experience of miscarriages, failed IVF cycles and the loss of a daughter, stillborn at 24 weeks in 2022<\/a>.<\/p>\n

The couple later welcomed Noa and have since become advocates for fertility treatment, launching Gingernut\u2019s Angels to help improve access to IVF for families who cannot afford it.<\/p>\n

Last week, Mowbray and his brother Mat Mowbray topped the 2026 National Business Review Rich List, with an estimated fortune of $20 billion.<\/p>\n

The Zuru co-founder told Newstalk ZB\u2019s Heather Du Plessis-Allan Drive<\/a> one of the most important factors in business was developing a \u201cwinning mindset\u201d.<\/p>\n

\u201cNumber one, an approach to continuous improvement, number two, a sense of belief that you can go out and win,\u201d Mowbray said.<\/p>\n

He said the achievements of Zuru and Rocket Lab showed New Zealand was capable of producing globally competitive companies that could \u201cdeliver prosperity\u201d while \u201cincreasing living standards for people\u201d<\/a>.<\/p>\n

Lupton co-founded haircare brand Monday Haircare in 2020 and is a successful entrepreneur in her own right.<\/p>\n
