Entrust chairwoman Denise Lee said eligible Aucklanders should watch for a letter or email arriving this week with information about the dividend.<\/p>\n

\u201cWe know many people across the Entrust district look forward to this payment because they tell us. <\/p>\n

\u201cFor some, it helps with day-to-day costs; for others, it\u2019s a bit of extra breathing room. <\/p>\n

\u201cEither way, we want it to be easy to receive in late September.\u201d<\/p>\n

Since its inception, the annual Entrust dividend has provided a yearly injection of more than $120 million.<\/p>\n

Eligible power account holders can choose to receive the dividend as a direct payment into their bank account or as a credit on their electricity account, while prepay customers must receive the payment by direct credit.<\/p>\n

To qualify for the 2026 dividend, customers must hold a power account connected to Vector\u2019s electricity network within the Entrust district on the dividend roll date later this year.<\/p>\n

Lee said the quickest way to update payment details was through Entrust\u2019s secure online portal, with changes required by 5pm on August 7 to ensure payments are processed without delay.<\/p>\n
