The company has appointed Patrick Keenan, the company\u2019s 36-year-old chief accounting officer, as his successor in a \u201cplanned transition,\u201d according to a regulatory filing.<\/p>\n<p class=\"ContentParagraph ContentParagraph_align_left\" data-testid=\"content-paragraph\">Keenan will report to President and Chief Operating Officer\u00a0Kevin Moran.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p class=\"ContentParagraph ContentParagraph_align_left\" data-testid=\"content-paragraph\">He has served as chief accounting officer since 2024 and principal accounting officer since 2025. He joined in 2022 as director, global lead of accounting policy and SEC reporting. Prior to joining the firm, he served in finance and accounting positions at Aflac Global Investments.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p class=\"ContentParagraph ContentParagraph_align_left\" data-testid=\"content-paragraph\">Harrington joined AlTi Global in early 2025. Prior to that, he served as CFO of Republic First Bancorp. Before that, he was banker-in-residence at Jacobs Asset Management\u2019s partnership with FINTOP.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p class=\"ContentParagraph ContentParagraph_align_left\" data-testid=\"content-paragraph\">This follows news in March that Michael Tiedemann, the CEO and founding partner of the firm, \u00a0<a class=\"ContentText-BodyTextChunk ContentText-BodyTextChunk_link\" href=\"https:\/\/www.wealthmanagement.com\/ria-news\/alti-global-ceo-michael-tiedemann-steps-down-from-93bn-publicly-listed-wealth-manager\" target=\"_self\" data-discover=\"true\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\">stepped down from the leadership role<\/a>, a little under three years\u00a0<a class=\"ContentText-BodyTextChunk ContentText-BodyTextChunk_link\" href=\"https:\/\/www.wealthmanagement.com\/ria-news\/alti-tiedemann-operating-an-ria-in-the-public-markets\" target=\"_self\" data-discover=\"true\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\">after taking the firm public<\/a>.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p data-component=\"related-article\" class=\"RelatedArticle\">Related:<a class=\"RelatedArticle-RelatedContent\" href=\"https:\/\/www.wealthmanagement.com\/career-moves\/illinois-advisor-with-725m-joins-lpls-genesis-wealth\" target=\"_self\" data-discover=\"true\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\">LPL Firm Specializing In Bank-Based Advisor Recruitment Attracts $725M JPMorgan Advisor<\/a><\/p>\n<p class=\"ContentParagraph ContentParagraph_align_left\" data-testid=\"content-paragraph\">Tiedemann was replaced on an interim basis by Nancy Curtin, the firm\u2019s global chief investment officer and member of the leadership team. Tiedemann is serving in an advisory capacity to \u201csupport the transition,\u201d the company said.<\/p>\n<p class=\"ContentParagraph ContentParagraph_align_left\" data-testid=\"content-paragraph\">In 2023, Tiedemann merged his New York-based RIA and alternative asset management firms, Tiedemann Group and TIG Advisors, with London-based\u00a0asset manager, merchant bank and global multi-family office\u00a0Alvarium Investments and\u00a0<a class=\"ContentText-BodyTextChunk ContentText-BodyTextChunk_link\" href=\"https:\/\/www.wealthmanagement.com\/industry\/alvarium-tiedemann-spac-lists-nasdaq\" target=\"_self\" data-discover=\"true\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\">took them public<\/a>\u00a0via a special purpose acquisition company.
