LITTLE ROCK, Ark. (KATV) \u2014 If you\u2019ve ever wandered through the Arkansas Museum of Fine Arts and thought, \u201cI could really go for a coffee right about now,\u201d you\u2019re not alone, and it turns out you don\u2019t even have to leave the building to make it happen.<\/p>\n
Frey and John McManus, who can be found at the museum\u2019s coffee bar on the second floor, stopped by to show off a few of their fast, caf\u00e9-style creations \u2014 including a nonalcoholic take on a trendy classic.<\/p>\n
Using cold brew as the base, they mixed in half-and-half and vanilla, then shook it up for what was described as a \u201cvirgin espresso martini.\u201d The drink was finished with a sprinkle of cocoa powder and cinnamon powder.<\/p>\n
McManus said the museum stays busy, especially during the spring and summer season, and highlighted an event happening \u201ctoday\u201d at the museum: \u201cFun on the lawn\u201d adjacent to the Park Grill on the MacArthur Park side, featuring hot dogs and \u201clots of activities.\u201d<\/p>\n
He also pointed to a weekly summer favorite: Wednesday Spins. McManus said the event runs from 5 to 8 p.m. and includes music, food and beverages, with strong community support. He said it\u2019s also free, and encouraged people to check out Wednesday Spins and then stop by the Park Grill for dinner.<\/p>\n

Beyond coffee and events, McManus also talked about museum memberships, which are available at various tiers. He said memberships include free access to the museum and provide access to a broad selection of programs and activities, while also supporting arts and culture in Little Rock.
