Viz Media<\/a> unveiled during its panel at Anime Expo<\/a> on Saturday the final trailer with English subtitles for Bleach: Thousand-Year Blood War – The Calamity<\/a>, the fourth<\/a> and final part of the Bleach: Thousand-Year Blood War<\/a> anime. The video previews the opening theme song “I-BULL” by jo0ji<\/a> performs and the ending theme song “Rasen” (Spiral) by singer-songwriter 9Lana<\/a>:<\/p>\n

Bleach: Thousand-Year Blood War – The Calamity will premiere<\/a> on July 25 on the TV Tokyo<\/a> channel at 11:00 p.m. JST (10:00 a.m. EDT). It will then run on BS TV Tokyo<\/a> on July 27, AT-X<\/a> on August 2, Hiroshima TV<\/a> and Niigata Broadcasting on August 4, and Sendai Broadcasting<\/a> on August 10. The anime will start streaming in Japanese streaming services on July 26 at noon. <\/p>\n

Viz Media and Fathom Entertainment screened<\/a> in advance the anime’s first three episodes in U.S. theaters on June 25-29. The episodes screened in Japanese with English subtitles and with the English dub<\/a>, and included an exclusive behind-the-scenes conversation with creator Tite Kubo<\/a>, chief series director Tomohisa Taguchi<\/a>, and series director Hikaru Murata<\/a>. The anime screened in 943 theaters.<\/p>\n

The anime’s first cours<\/a> (quarter of a year) premiered in October 2022, and ended in December 2022 with a one-hour special that combined the anime’s 12th and 13th episodes. Viz Media is streaming<\/a> the anime on Hulu<\/a> in the U.S. The anime is streaming on Disney+<\/a> internationally, and Ani-One Asia<\/a> is streaming<\/a> the series in many Asian countries.<\/p>\n

The anime’s second cours premiered<\/a> in the United States on Hulu, in Latin America on Star+<\/a>, and in select other countries internationally on Disney+ in July 2023.<\/p>\n

Bleach: Thousand-Year Blood War Part 3 – The Conflict<\/a> premiered<\/a> in October 2024 and concluded<\/a> in a one-hour final episode in December that same year.<\/p>\n

The anime is running for four cours with breaks in between.<\/p>\n

The anime covers the rest of the original manga up through its ending. The Thousand Year Blood War arc is the final arc of the manga, and covers volumes 55-74.<\/p>\n
