Henderson was not in the starting line-up for the Mexico clash, but did pick up a yellow card for his actions on the sideline in added time.<\/p>\n

He made his first appearance of the tournament against Panama in the group stage, coming on for the last six minutes. It appears unlikely he will play again in this tournament.<\/p>\n
