From the US we get the trade balance for May, the weekly ADP employment numbers and the NY Fed\u2019s consumer inflation expectations survey.  <\/p>\n<p>Eyes will also turn to politics in France, where courts will decide whether Marine Le Pen can run in the upcoming presidential elections that have been slated for 18 April next year. Observers, however, see slim chances for her appeal of a guilty verdict in an embezzlement case to succeed, but with Jordan Bardella, the far-right Front National has another viable candidate to send into the race for president in her place.<\/p>\n<p>Central bank officials scheduled to speak are the Fed\u2019s Bowman, and from the ECB, Panetta and Kocher. The main focus from a bond market\u2019s perspective will be on the BoE&#8217;s Financial Stability Report and potential regulatory tweaks that could benefit gilts.<\/p>\n<p>In primary markets, the focus is on the EU with its syndicated sale of a new 5y bond and a tap of a 20y line. Austria will auction 5y and 10y bonds (\u20ac1.725bn), while Germany taps 1y and 15y green bonds (\u20ac1.5bn).
