The $30m Powerball jackpot has rolled over yet again, after going unstruck for the 13th consecutive draw. <\/p>\n

The jackpot will now climb to $35m for next Wednesday\u2019s draw.<\/p>\n

Strike Four also went unclaimed and has rolled over to Wednesday night, where the jackpot will be $400,000.<\/p>\n

If the $35m Powerball prize is claimed on Wednesday, it will become the largest win of the year, surpassing the $28.6m claimed by an Ashburton family<\/a> in early June.<\/p>\n

That family, who did not want to be identified but were said to be regular Lotto players<\/a>, took home the $28m Powerball jackpot, as well as three Lotto first division prizes worth $200,000 each, in the June 3 draw.<\/p>\n

\u201cWe\u2019re still very much in shock and overwhelmed with the prize. We\u2019re so incredibly grateful for what this is going to do for us, our family and future,\u201d the family\u2019s daughter said at the time.<\/p>\n

\u201cThere is so much to think about \u2013 we want to enjoy our lives and help others \u2013 but it all needs a lot of thought. <\/p>\n

\u201cThe only thing we know for certain right now is that we will be able to buy our first home. <\/p>\n

\u201cIt\u2019s something we\u2019ve always talked about, and now it\u2019s possible.\u201d<\/p>\n

The current Powerball jackpot run began after a Thames player scooped a $4.5m prize on June 6<\/a> \u2013 the first draw after the Ashburton family\u2019s lucky win. <\/p>\n
