They continued to appeal for sightings of Saxzin in the Dargaville or wider area from about 3.30pm on the day he went missing. <\/p>\n

\u201cPolice are eager to have him reunited with his family, who are worried for his safety.\u201d<\/p>\n

Mother Angie Steedman told the Advocate early in the search<\/a> she was worried.<\/p>\n

\u201cI am concerned about his safety because, you know, his bank account hasn\u2019t been touched, and he doesn\u2019t have any clothes and stuff.\u201d<\/p>\n

She could not think of a reason for her son, who has autism, to disappear.<\/p>\n

Her most recent social media post <\/a>said Saxzin\u2019s loved ones needed to know what had happened to him. <\/p>\n

She asked people with information to come forward.<\/p>\n

\u201cEven leave a note somewhere it can be found.\u201d<\/p>\n
