Reality television personality Dylan Efron<\/a> and his professional partner Daniella Karagach<\/a> had a minor mishap on week 3 of season 34 of \u2018Dancing with the Stars<\/a>,\u2019 as they essentially headbutted each other during their dance.<\/p>\n

It was TikTok Night, and Efron and Karagach performed a foxtrot<\/a> to \u201cYukon\u201d by Justin Bieber<\/a> \u2014 and their performance ended with a literal bang.<\/p>\n

During the final moments of the dance, Efron and Karagach\u2019s faces were meant to be close together, but they got a little too close and smacked into each other. It\u2019s okay, though \u2014 neither star was hurt by the incident.<\/p>\n

Efron and Karagach\u2019s Foxtrot Was a Hit\u2026 In the Face<\/p>\n

The foxtrot performed by Dylan Efron and Daniella Karagach was a hit with the judges. Carrie Ann Inaba<\/a>, Derek Hough<\/a>, Bruno Tonioli<\/a> marked it 7, 8, and 8 out of 10, respectively, giving the couple a total of 23 out of 30 \u2014 not bad at all for week 3.<\/p>\n

It placed them a more than respectable joint-third on the leaderboard, sharing their position and score with social media personality Alix Earle and her professional partner Val Chmerkovskiy.<\/p>\n

Only \u2018The Secret Lives of Mormon Wives<\/a>\u2018 star Whitney Leavitt and Olympic artistic gymnast Jordan Chiles scored higher \u2014 and even they were only barely above Efron and Karagach with 24 points.<\/p>\n

Would the couple\u2019s score have been higher without the accidental headbutt? Who knows? But Efron and Karagach were able to see the funny side of the incident, regardless.<\/p>\n

Efron Took the Blame for the Funny \u2018Dancing with the Stars\u2019 Incident<\/p>\n

In an interview with \u2018Extra\u2019<\/a> after the show, Efron and Karagach were asked about the headbutt incident, and both of them clearly found it funny \u2014 and Efron took 100% of the blame for it.<\/p>\n

The interviewer asked, \u201cWas there a little unintentional face bump? Did I see that right? It was kind of dark.\u201d<\/p>\n

Efron replied, \u201cYou\u2019re asking her, it was my fault. She did everything right. I was supposed to go ahead and smoothly grab her head and, uh, we headbutted!\u201d<\/p>\n

Laughter followed, and the couple were then asked if it hurt, to which Karagach replied with a resounding \u201cNo!\u201d<\/p>\n

Efron elaborated on why it might have happened, saying, \u201cWe had trouble with the ending and it led into tonight.\u201d<\/p>\n

The couple then said they were pleased with earning a higher score than the previous week. They explained they chose \u201cYukon\u201d to dance to because it\u2019s \u201csuch an amazing song.\u201d Then they insisted they were focused on themselves rather than who their biggest competition in the show is.<\/p>\n

Efron and Karagach will be hoping to improve again on next week\u2019s show. It\u2019s Disney Night in week 4, and that will air on ABC and Disney+ at 8 p.m. ET\/PT and 7 p.m. CT on Tuesday, October 7.<\/p>\n
