The Office Romance actress embraced another year by sharing a sun-soaked Instagram video of herself riding in a car.<\/p>\n
The video features an audio clip from Theodore Roosevelt\u2019s well-known 1910 speech, \u201cThe Man in the Arena,\u201d which honors people who keep trying even when they face challenges.<\/p>\n
\u201cIt is not the critic who counts: not the man who points out how the strong man stumbles or where the doer of deeds could have done better,\u201d the speech begins.<\/p>\n
The speech honors \u201cthe man who is actually in the arena, whose face is marred by dust and sweat and blood, who strives valiantly, who errs and comes up short again and again.\u201d<\/p>\n
