{"id":550867,"date":"2026-07-30T07:04:09","date_gmt":"2026-07-30T07:04:09","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.newsbeep.com\/nz\/550867\/"},"modified":"2026-07-30T07:04:09","modified_gmt":"2026-07-30T07:04:09","slug":"fiji-search-continues-for-six-healthcare-workers-missing-at-sea","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.newsbeep.com\/nz\/550867\/","title":{"rendered":"Fiji search continues for six healthcare workers missing at sea"},"content":{"rendered":"<p class=\"TErgZkLeGvuOzWkL\" style=\"display:none\">He said he had swum towards Aiwa Island to get mobile phone reception, leaving the other six team members in the water, uninjured and wearing life jackets.<\/p>\n<p class=\"TErgZkLeGvuOzWkL\" style=\"display:none\">The Fiji Police Force, the Fiji Navy Rescue Co-ordinating Centre, the Office of the Commissioner Eastern and other partner agencies are assisting with the search effort.<\/p>\n<p class=\"TErgZkLeGvuOzWkL\" style=\"display:none\">Command centres have been established at Lakeba Sub-Divisional Hospital and the Eastern Health Divisional Office to co-ordinate the response.
