(<a href=\"http:\/\/www.waff.com\" title=\"\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">WAFF<\/a>) &#8211; Refunds are on the way for Rock the South customers who requested them; a concert organizer confirmed to 48 News Friday morning.<\/p>\n<p class=\"text | article-text\">Customers who requested refunds say they were supposed to be processed by July 29, leaving many of them wondering where their refunds are two days later. <\/p>\n<p class=\"text | article-text\">Many have reached out to us, saying they are owed thousands of dollars and have been unable to contact anyone associated with Rock the South.<\/p>\n<p class=\"text | article-text\">One concert organizer responded to us Friday morning, saying that refunds have been sent but they take time to reach customer\u2019s bank accounts. Shortly after, we received the following statement.<\/p>\n<p class=\"mb-2\">The Rock the South refund process was initiated on July 29 as stated in the initial [timeline.] <\/p>\n<p class=\"mb-2\">Some ticket holders will see credits to their accounts or payment source as early as today with some following next week. Buyers are being emailed with updates. Thank you.<\/p>\n<p class=\"text | article-text\">Many customers requested <a href=\"https:\/\/www.waff.com\/2026\/06\/29\/rock-south-ticket-holders-have-until-today-request-refund-after-festival-postponement\/\" target=\"_self\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" title=\"https:\/\/www.waff.com\/2026\/06\/29\/rock-south-ticket-holders-have-until-today-request-refund-after-festival-postponement\/\">refunds this summer<\/a> after organizers announced the three-day country music concert would be delayed until October because of <a href=\"https:\/\/www.waff.com\/2026\/06\/09\/rock-south-music-festival-delayed-due-rain-officials-announce\/\" target=\"_self\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" title=\"https:\/\/www.waff.com\/2026\/06\/09\/rock-south-music-festival-delayed-due-rain-officials-announce\/\">rain damage<\/a> to the festival grounds. <\/p>\n<p class=\"text | article-text\">Customers were told they could request a refund if they could not attend or did not want to attend the now 4-day concert this fall. <\/p>\n<p class=\"text | article-text\"><a href=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/@waff48news\" target=\"_self\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" title=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/@waff48news\">Click Here to Subscribe on YouTube:<\/a> Watch the latest WAFF 48 news, sports &amp; weather videos on our YouTube channel!<\/p>\n<p>Copyright 2026 WAFF.
