In Samsung’s case, “FE” is short for “Fan Edition,” and while the brand-new Galaxy S25 FE occupies the lowest rung on the price ladder, it’s anything but entry level. Amazon is giving you an opportunity to discover what comes with a Fan Edition smartphone right now with a $100 off deal on the Samsung Galaxy S25 FE, and a $100 Amazon gift card and double the storage thrown in free as additional sweetener.

The Galaxy S25 FE has just arrived in stores, and like the rest of the Galaxy S25 line of smartphones, the reviews say Samsung’s got another winner on its hands. And the Fan Edition comes with its own treats, namely a 6.7-inch FHD+ display that’s the same size as the one built into the top-shelf S25+, and the same 4,900mAh battery from the S25+, but with a price tag that’s hundreds of dollars less. That’s certainly one way to create new fans.

See at Amazon

You Spoke, They Listened

Samsung’s FE devices are created using input from buyers on possible improvements, and they come with a smaller price tag while keeping many of the features of their higher-positioned models. They’re not identical — the Galaxy S25 FE has a Exynos 2400 processor chip instead of the pro-level Snapdragon 8 Elite that comes with the S25+. But the 6.7-inch FHD screen refreshes at up to 120Hz, so its more than sufficient for streaming, video calls, and gaming.

While the S25+ rocks a top-of-the-line 10MP telephoto camera with 3x optical zoom, the 8MP version in the S25 FE is no slouch, and also has 3x optical zoom. The S25 FE’s other cameras — a 50MP main, 12MP ultrawide, and 12MP selfie camera — are all identical to the S25 and S25+. When it’s time to edit your photos and videos, the Galaxy S25 FE comes with Galaxy AI built in to make optimizing your images easy.

Tough Cookie

If you tend to be a little rough on your smartphones — and we all can beat one time or another, or just plain clumsy — the Galaxy S25 FE is built to absorb some of that abuse. The Armor Aluminum frame is rugged and protective, and the Gorilla Glass Victus+ screen is more forgiving than most when it comes to drops. (Although we still highly recommend a good screen protector.)

The Samsung Galaxy S25 FE comes with 256GB of memory for the price of 128GB, and with the extra $100 taken off the price, you get Samsung’s newest smartphone in unlocked mode to bring to any mobile provider for just $650. Tack on the $100 gift card from Amazon and you’ve got a spectacular deal.

See at Amazon

Those letters and initials that tech companies include in their new product launches aren’t always random.
