Locals told the Daily Mail no one wanted to know much about him.<\/p>\n

\u201cWe don\u2019t want to know about him around here. He\u2019s like a ghost,\u201d a resident said.<\/p>\n

\u201cHe\u2019s disappeared off the face of the Earth and most people are happy for it to stay like that.\u201d<\/p>\n

The source added that \u201capparently he has a job now, although no major company would go near him\u201d.<\/p>\n

Pistorius reportedly lives with his uncle Arnold and a mini poodle in a Pretoria mansion.<\/p>\n

The house includes a swimming pool, a gym, and security.<\/p>\n

The former Olympian was released on parole in January 2024. His parole conditions are set to remain in place until his sentence expires in 2029.<\/p>\n

His parole conditions include monitoring by authorities for the remainder of his sentence. <\/p>\n

Pistorius will also need to inform authorities if he changes address or seeks job opportunities.<\/p>\n

He is reportedly also required to continue anger management therapy and attend sessions on gender-based violence.<\/p>\n

Steenkamp died after Pistorius shot her four times in the head, hip and arm, through a locked bathroom door.<\/p>\n

He claimed he believed she was an intruder and it was only when he broke down the door, he realised it was her.<\/p>\n

Despite his claims, a jury convicted him of the murder.<\/p>\n
