If there’s one thing Hannah Waddingham<\/a> isn’t interested in, it’s what the internet has to say about beauty filters<\/a>.<\/p>\n

While attending the premiere of the fourth season Ted Lasso<\/a>, the actor stopped to chat with Entertainment Tonight, where she was asked about a fan discussion surrounding the show’s apparent use of beauty filters.<\/p>\n

“Ride or Die, fans are loving it and they can’t help but notice the filter that seems to be on all of the characters,” the interviewer began.<\/p>\n

“Filter?” Hannah replied, clearly puzzled.<\/p>\n

After the interviewer explained that viewers had been commenting online, Hannah immediately shut the conversation down by plugging her ears. Relatable, much?
<\/p>\n

“Oh no no no no. I don’t…” she said, covering her ears. “Honestly, I don’t read reviews. I don’t look at that stuff. No, no, no.” <\/p>\n

Everyone’s clicking on…<\/p>\n

The interviewer co-operated with Hannah’s reluctance to answer, suggesting they “keep it that way” if she hadn’t heard about the discourse already. But Hannah wasn’t taking any chances.
<\/p>\n

“Oh no. No, I don’t want to know anything about that,” she said with a smile. “I don’t watch things. This [Ted Lasso] is the first thing I’ll have watched in so long. I don’t watch things. I don’t read reviews. I do my work and I split.”<\/p>\n

Neither Prime Video, the streaming service behind Ride or Die, nor the show’s producers have addressed the rumours. So, for now, beauty filter gate remains unresolved… Jury’s still out.<\/p>\n
