Unsecured creditor claims total $329,044.95. One preferential unsecured creditor claim totals $213,261.09. One applicant creditor\u2019s cost totals $1945.80.<\/p>\n<p class=\"GVVHMTqjHdqyH\" style=\"display:none\">The largest creditor was IRD as a preferential unsecured creditor, an unsecured creditor and for applicant creditor costs combined. <\/p>\n<p class=\"GVVHMTqjHdqyH\" style=\"display:none\">IRD\u2019s claims totalled $539,222.70.<\/p>\n<p class=\"GVVHMTqjHdqyH\" style=\"display:none\">There are currently five creditors:<\/p>\n<p>Inland Revenue DepartmentANZ Bank New Zealand LtdInland Revenue Department ChristchurchBank of New Zealand CollectionsMotor Trade Finances LtdFarmlands Co-operative Society Ltd<\/p>\n<p class=\"GVVHMTqjHdqyH\" style=\"display:none\">Alliot Tutakiwa Rewi is listed as the company\u2019s sole director and shareholder. Rewi is listed as owner of three companies.<\/p>\n<p class=\"GVVHMTqjHdqyH\" style=\"display:none\">HT Kontracting Ltd was removed from the Companies Office register in 2025. <\/p>\n<p class=\"GVVHMTqjHdqyH\" style=\"display:none\">One of his companies, Ruat\u014dria-based Shed Tread 35 Ltd, is still registered. However, public notice has been given that the Registrar of Companies had initiated action to remove the company from the register.<\/p>\n<p class=\"GVVHMTqjHdqyH\" style=\"display:none\">Naati Haulage began trading on February 25, 2019 and ceased trading in May 2025. In May 2023, the company received a $40,000 Business Support grant from Trust Tair\u0101whiti after Cyclone Gabrielle.<\/p>\n<p class=\"GVVHMTqjHdqyH\" style=\"display:none\">Three bank accounts, five vehicles and two trailers were listed as assets.<\/p>\n<p class=\"GVVHMTqjHdqyH\" style=\"display:none\">Rewi has been approached for comment via email. <\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"The combined total creditor claims are $545,309.41.
