Clarke\u2019s injury is another significant blow, though, with his aerial ability and power carrying sure to be missed. He follows Hurricanes centre Billy Proctor<\/a> and Crusaders hooker George Bell to be ruled out of the tour through injury after two tour matches. <\/p>\n

\u201cWe are comfortable with the outside backs cover we have at the moment, so will not be bringing another squad member in to replace Caleb unless further injuries necessitate it,\u201d Rennie said.<\/p>\n

\u201cWe are all feeling for Caleb and really sorry to see his rugby\u2019s greatest rivalry tour come to an early end. He\u2019s an important member of our group, both on and off-field, so we look forward to him making a full recovery.\u201d<\/p>\n

Clarke said: \u201cI am gutted to be going home because I\u2019ve loved my time here so much. But I am staying positive and excited about what\u2019s ahead, so will make the most of my recovery to make sure I\u2019m at my best when I\u2019m ready to return to rugby.\u201d<\/p>\n
