Point Set announced on Sunday that the second<\/a> season for the television anime<\/a> of Ichika Isshiki<\/a> and fame<\/a>‘s Berserk of Gluttony<\/a> (B\u014dshoku no Berserk: Ore Dake Level to Iu Gainen wo Toppa Suru<\/a>) light novel series will debut in 2027. Point Set also posted a celebratory video message from Ry\u014dta \u014csaka, the voice of the anime’s protagonist Fate Graphite.<\/p>\n

The anime’s first season debuted in October 2023. Crunchyroll<\/a> streamed the series as it aired, and also streams<\/a> an English dub<\/a>.<\/p>\n

The anime stars:\n<\/p>\n

Tetsuya Yanagisawa<\/a> (High School DxD<\/a>, Orient<\/a>) directed the first season anime at ACGT.<\/a> Mariko Kunisawa<\/a> (Ascendance of a Bookworm<\/a>, Orient) was in charge of series scripts, and Takafumi Furusawa<\/a> designed the characters.<\/p>\n

Seven Seas Entertainment<\/a> is releasing<\/a> both the novel series and its manga adaptation in English, and it describes the story:\n<\/p>\n

\tFate Graphite is one of the forsaken. Cursed with the skill \u201cGluttony,\u201d he is ever starving, never sated\u2026until the day he kills a dying thief and devours the man’s strength\u2014and his soul. The true hunger of Fate’s Gluttony has awakened, and if he can learn to control his power, he will at last be the master of his own destiny.<\/p>\n

After releasing the story on the Sh\u014dsetsuka ni Nar\u014d service, Isshiki launched the first novel volume with illustrations by fame in November 2017. Micro Magazine<\/a> is also releasing the novels in a larger bunko format. Daisuke Takino<\/a> launched the manga adaptation on Micro Magazine’s Comic Ride<\/a> website in April 2018.<\/p>\n
