She said: \u201cHer child\u2019s father is Wladimir Klitschko,\u2019 Vogel said. <\/p>\n
\u201dHe is one of the most exceptional people I\u2019ve ever met.<\/p>\n
\u201cBut when you\u2019re not feeling good about yourself, you don\u2019t want to be with someone who makes you feel worse about yourself. So she found a loser. So every day she didn\u2019t feel like she was failing, and he latched onto that and I suppose said everything to her she needed to hear.\u201d<\/p>\n
She noted Hickerson had \u201cno career\u201d and \u201cno money\u201d.<\/p>\n

Hickerson and his brother Zach were present when Panettiere died, and Vogel believes he has questions to answer about what happened.<\/p>\n
She claimed Hickerson \u2013 who has previously served jail time relating to domestic violence incidents involving Panettiere \u2013 had told police the actress was doing her makeup in the apartment when he went out to run an errand and then took a nap on his return. She alleged he then told cops his brother Zach had arrived at some point and Panettiere was then found unresponsive.<\/p>\n
She said: \u201cI don\u2019t know how you can take a nap near someone who\u2019s dying and not realise something\u2019s wrong. How do you do that?<\/p>\n
\u201cWhen the EMTs came it was for a cardiac arrest. People in cardiac arrest aren\u2019t just lying still. They make noise.<\/p>\n
\u201cI think Brian called his brother. My opinion. I think he knew she was deceased. Called his brother, and tried and built this story.\u201d<\/p>\n
