For the six months ended June 30, revenue was NZ$200.3 million versus NZ$173 million previously.<\/p>\n<p>Precinct Properties NZ &amp; Precinct Properties Investments (NZE:PCT) logged NZ$0.0644 in adjusted funds from operations (AFFO) for fiscal 2026, compared with NZ$0.0654 a year ago. For the 12 months ended June 30, gross operating revenue was NZ$278.1 million versus NZ$266.1 million previously.<\/p>\n<p>Lastly, Genesis Energy (ASX:GNE, NZE:GNE) logged NZ$0.0726 in earnings per share for fiscal 2026, compared with NZ$0.155 a year ago.
