A Channel Seven<\/a>\u00a0News reporter has gone viral for her incredibly toned biceps.<\/p>\n

Saavanah Bourke recently showed off her super fit figure in a sleeveless red dress during a cross from a crime<\/a> scene.<\/p>\n

Personal trainer Aaron Cooper shared the video on TikTok<\/a> this week, begging Bourke to share her gym regime, suggesting she should become a fitness coach herself.<\/p>\n

‘I say this with the most utmost respect of course, but WTF are you doing in the gym to grow shoulders and arms like that?’ he said.<\/p>\n

‘You absolutely nailed the Channel Seven news reporter voice, but I think you are in the wrong industry.\u00a0<\/p>\n

‘As a fitness coach myself, you have to get into fitness coaching. I will listen to whatever you have to say. I will stop doing whatever I am doing and I will listen to you. Sincerely, every bloke in Australia.’<\/p>\n

His followers wholeheartedly agreed, calling Bourke an ‘absolute weapon’.\u00a0<\/p>\n

‘Puts the rep in reporter,’ one said.\u00a0<\/p>\n

‘Jesus, her arms are outstanding,’ one more added, as another said: ‘The guns are gunning.’<\/p>\n

What Cooper didn\u2019t know is that\u00a0Bourke is, in fact, a fitness coach.<\/p>\n

Alongside her journalism career, she has been a dedicated bodybuilder since 2017.\u00a0<\/p>\n

She has competed in several fitness competitions and recently turned her passion into a business, launching her own online fitness coaching platform called Saavfit earlier this year.<\/p>\n

She announced the news on her Instagram page, saying she she wanted to help people who struggle with motivation.<\/p>\n

‘I\u2019m so excited to be launching my own platform for online coaching,’ she wrote.<\/p>\n

What Cooper didn\u2019t know is that Bourke is, in fact, a fitness coach and launched her own business, Saavfit, earlier this year<\/p>\n

She announced the news on her Instagram page, saying she wanted to help people who struggle with motivation\u00a0<\/p>\n

‘This is something I have wanted to do for a long time but was always to scared to take the leap.\u00a0<\/p>\n

‘My purpose will be to help people who are struggling with motivation find forms of exercise they enjoy, so training doesn’t feel like a chore, but a lifestyle.’\u00a0<\/p>\n

Bourke began working for Channel Seven as a reporter on the Sunshine Coast before transitioning to Seven News in Brisbane.\u00a0<\/p>\n

Before her time at Seven, she spent nearly three years as a journalist for Nine News in Townsville and Rockhampton.<\/p>\n
